I’m so excited to share with you the newest addition to our herd, Bramblestone CQ Tiger Tea (or “Tiger” for short).

He comes from Lesa and Randy at Bramblestone Farm in Ohio. I’ve followed Lesa’s blog, Better Hens & Gardens, for quite a few years and have always admired her herd, so I’m especially thrilled to bring his genetics to our breeding program. Tiger is polled and comes from some great milking lines!

Tiger very much favors his very handsome sire, *B CH Bramblestone Celtic Quinn. Tiger’s dam is 4*M Bramblestone Sun Tea 4*D, who, as a first freshener, earned her milk star (making her a 4th generation star milker) and scored 88 on linear appraisal!

Tiger was born April 1, 2018, the same day as our Sundaze Farm Cookies-n-Cream, so he’s still young but filling out beautifully. I’m hoping to take him to some buck shows and linear appraisal as he gets older.

He has such a sweet temperament and has already stolen my heart!
